The GUS Modern Mulholland Lounge takes inspiration from mid-century and contemporary styles. With unique tufting on the seat and back, it adds a touch of character and a modern charm. Ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, or entryways, this smaller lounge can stand alone or be combined with the Mulholland Sofa to form a bi-sectional. The eco-friendly solid wood perimeter base with notched-dowel leg details softens the look and brings warmth. All the wood, both inside and out, is FSC®-certified, supporting responsible forest management. Part of the Mulholland Series, it pairs well with the chair, sofa, and bi-sectional. Features include a modern tuxedo frame, blind-tufted upholstery on seat, back, and arms, delicate piping on arms, non-marking tack glide feet to protect floors, a solid ash wood base and legs, a kiln-dried FSC®-Certified hardwood frame, and it meets California fire safety standards without flame retardant additives. It measures 28” H x 47.5” W x 31.5” D and is made of solid ash wood and fabric. Note: It's non-returnable due to its oversized nature, but we'll replace it if there are damages or defects.
Using your GUS Modern Mulholland Lounge is easy. Just place it in your desired room, whether it's a living room, bedroom, or entryway. You can use it as a single piece of seating or combine it with the Mulholland Sofa to create a bi-sectional. For maintenance, regularly vacuum the fabric to keep it clean. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight for long periods as it may fade the fabric. If there are any spills, clean them up immediately with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Remember, this lounge is oversized and non-returnable, but if you notice any damages or defects, contact us right away and we'll send you a replacement.
