Established in 1990 by Peter Bowles, Original BTC started as an Oxford - based home lighting brand. It has incorporated two more lighting brands: heritage marine lighting maker Davey Lighting and LED lighting producer Beadlight. With a family background rich in retail, manufacturing, and design, Peter designs products with his son Charlie, who became the Director in 2012. This pendant features a bone china shade, which offers a simple yet elegant central lighting solution. It's perfect for indoor spaces. The pendant comes with a cotton - braided cable, an E26 fitting, and can handle a maximum wattage of 40. It operates at 120v, has an IP20 rating, and is dimmable. There's no need for a transformer. The color is a natural white matte. The shade measures 5” in diameter and 8.25” in height. Without altering the standard cable length, the minimum drop is 16” and the maximum is 61”. The canopy has a 4.7” diameter. The shade is made of bone china, and the cable is cotton. Please note, this is a special order item, and no cancellations or returns are allowed.
Using this pendant light is easy. Just install it in an indoor space with a 120v power supply. Since it's dimmable, you can adjust the light to your liking. When installing, make sure to use a bulb with a maximum wattage of 40 and an E26 fitting. The cotton - braided cable gives it a nice look but be careful not to tug on it too hard to avoid damage. As for the bone china shade, it's delicate, so handle it gently. To clean, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust.
