The GUS Modern Jane 2 Bi-Sectional gives a modern twist to the classic Gus* Modern Jane Series. It keeps the iconic mid-century style while adding contemporary features. This sectional is smartly designed so you can place the chaise on the left or right side according to your room layout. If your needs change, just move the chaise and readjust the cushions. The piped upholstery edges and button-tufted cushions create eye-catching details, enhanced by the Jane 2's new, more elegant proportions. A new wood base, available in light or dark finishes, is inset on each piece, making it look weightless and maximizing light and space. The frames are made of 100% kiln-dried FSC®-Certified hardwood, supporting responsible forest management. Features include configurable chaise sides, button-tufted and piped cushions, reversible cushions with high-resilience foam, an inset solid ash wood base with non-marking feet, a stress-tested inner frame, a 9-gauge no-sag spring system, and it meets California TB117-2013 fire safety standards without flame retardant additives. The fabric is also TB117-2013 certified and double rub tested. It measures 31” H x 104” W x 71” D and is made of polyurethane foam, Dacron, solid ash wood, FSC®-Certified hardwood, sinuous springs, and fabric. Note that it's non-returnable due to its large size, but we'll replace it if there are damages or defects.
Using your GUS Modern Jane 2 Bi-Sectional is easy. First, decide where you want to place it in your room and choose whether you want the chaise on the left or right side. Once it's in place, adjust the cushions for maximum comfort. You can move the chaise and readjust the cushions whenever you need to change the layout. When it comes to maintenance, vacuum the sofa regularly to remove dust and debris. For spills, blot them immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the fabric. The wood base can be wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth. Since it's a large piece, be careful when moving it to avoid any damage. If you notice any issues like loose springs or damaged fabric, contact us right away. And remember, as it's an oversized item, it's non-returnable, but we'll replace it if there are any damages or defects.
