Each component has French seams to gently soften the edges. Some components come with a matching bolster cushion for extra style and comfort. It's constructed with kiln-dried 100% FSC®-certified hardwood, supporting responsible forest management. The Mix Modular uses a clean, ultra-soft, long-strand fiber fill material that feels just like traditional waterfowl down. And here's the eco-friendly bonus: for each Mix Modular Sofa we build, we divert 237 plastic bottles from landfills, waterways, and oceans. The features are top-notch too. It has 7 different components, bolster cushions with an eco-friendly synthetic-down fill made from 237 recycled plastic water bottles. Each component has concealed connectors to securely join them in sectional, sofa, or chaise formation. The frame is kiln-dried 100% FSC®-certified hardwood (FSC® 092551), and the wood block legs are FSC®-certified Ash in a black stain. There are plastic bumpers on all legs to prevent floor damage. All joints have been stress-tested, and it uses a 9 gauge No-Sag, injection-molded sinuous spring clip system. It's manufactured to meet California TB117-2013 fire safety standards without using flame retardant additives in the upholstery foam. Just note that product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your display. The size is 28.5” x 114” x 38” with a seat height of 16.5”. The materials include synthetic-down fill from recycled plastic water bottles, a kiln-dried 100% FSC®-certified hardwood frame, FSC®-certified Ash legs, plastic bumpers, vegan appleskin leather, and fabric. And it's non-returnable due to its oversized nature, but we'll happily issue a replacement if there are any damages or defects.
