The environmentally friendly PET fill not only provides premium comfort but also aligns with the relaxed aesthetic. The kiln-dried hardwood frame and block feet are made from FSC®-certified hardwood, promoting responsible forest management. The sofa uses a clean, ultra-soft, long-strand fiber fill material that mimics the comfort and feel of traditional waterfowl down. For each Nexus Sofa built, 630 plastic bottles are diverted from landfills, waterways, and oceans, making it an eco-conscious choice. Features: The seat and inside back of each component are upholstered in a quilted fabric, while the side panels are plain. Chunky piped-edge details enhance the relaxed look. The cushions are filled with an eco-friendly, synthetic-down material made from 630 recycled plastic water bottles. The wood block feet are FSC®-certified ash with a black stain and have plastic bumpers to prevent floor damage. Each component comes with concealed connectors for a secure fit when configured as a sectional or sofa. It has a 9 gauge No-Sag injection-molded sinuous spring clip system, and all joints are stress-tested. The sofa is manufactured to meet California TB117-213 fire safety standards without using flame retardant additives in the upholstery foam.
