The Hatton Pendant Light - No. 3 by Original BTC features stunning bone china shades. These shades are crafted through highly skilled and labor - intensive processes, transformed into multi - faceted, symmetrical, gem - like forms. When off, they showcase an angular sculptural charm, and when on, they emit warm, ambient light, creating dramatic lines and shadows. There are 5 different shade designs to choose from. Each comes with a complementary faceted bone china ceiling rose and a contrasting black cotton braided flex, adding a contemporary touch. Established in 1990 by Peter Bowles, Original BTC started as an Oxford - based home lighting brand. It has also acquired two other lighting brands: heritage marine lighting manufacturer Davey Lighting and LED lighting manufacturer Beadlight. Peter designs products with his son Charlie, who became Director in 2012. The light has an E26 fitting, a maximum wattage of 60w, operates at 120v, and has an IP20 rating. It's dimmable and doesn't require a transformer. The black braided cable and natural bone china shade are key features. The size is 12.5” H x 8.26” Ø with a 59” cable. The shade is made of bone china, and there's a cord. This is a special order item, so no cancellations or returns are allowed.
Using your Original BTC Hatton No. 3 Pendant Light is easy. First, make sure the power is off before installation. Then, attach the light to the ceiling using the provided fittings. Connect the black braided cable to the power source. Once installed, you can use a dimmer switch (since it's dimmable) to adjust the light to your preferred brightness. When the light is on, enjoy the warm, ambient glow and the beautiful shadows it creates. For maintenance, turn off the light and let it cool down completely. Then, gently dust the bone china shade with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials on the shade as it may damage the delicate bone china.
