Exquisite Metrocs Teak Stool Inspired by Riki Watanabe's Design
The Solid Stool was initially crafted in 1954 for home use in a house planned by architect Kiyoshi Seike. Its structure brings to mind the Torii Stool, a well - known work of Riki Watanabe. The stool features a straight - lined and tidy shape, formed by the combination of a solid teak seat and steel rod legs with a black finish. Watanabe paid great attention to details like the seat's comfortable sitting angle and the convenient handle hole on the seat for easy carrying. After half a century since its first release, this masterpiece was revived in 2005 by METROCS.

This stool is perfect for home use. You can place it in your living room, bedroom, or even your study. To use it, simply sit on it like you would any other stool. When you need to move it around, you can use the handle hole on the seat. As for maintenance, keep it away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture to prevent the teak from drying out or the steel legs from rusting. You can clean the teak seat with a soft, damp cloth and a mild wood cleaner. For the steel legs, a dry cloth is usually enough. If you're not satisfied with the product, remember it's covered by our 30 - day return policy.
