Handmade RO Cosy Table Lamp with Diffused Light

The RO lamp takes inspiration from the old craftsmanship traditions of the 1920s and 1930s. Back then, simple lamp shades were crafted from fine yarn, often tied around wooden stands. Our RO lamp shade follows these Danish traditions, made of jute yarn tied around a simple base. Inside the shade, there's a brass disc. It shields your eyes from the direct light and refracts the light through the yarn, creating a warm and inviting glow. The name 'RO' in Danish means calmness and a simple sense of well - being.

Using your RO table lamp is a breeze. First, find a nice spot for it on a table or nightstand. Then, connect the 9.8 - foot black braided cord to a power outlet. You can turn the lamp on and off using the switch on the cord. Remember, the bulb isn't included, so you'll need to buy an E26 bulb with a maximum wattage of 60 watts. When it comes to maintenance, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the jute yarn shade and the blackened iron frame.
